THE UX OF HIRING
Hiring not only has a huge financial impact, but also a significant psychological one on the concerned person, various employees of the company, as well as society at large. Therefore, the aim of this project is to make organisations’ recruitment processes safer and to apply UX practices and critical components into hiring. We held a co-participative design workshop to explore the needs, frustrations and perspectives of different organisations, agencies and influential professionals in the world of design. Through the workshop, we developed action plans to improve the recruitment process and create abstract spaces that will advocate for the psychological safety and trust of potential, present and future candidates.
