Melanie is a Brazilian / American designer with a BA in History and an MA in User Experience Design. After learning about the global impact of social and political systems throughout history, she felt inspired to learn how we can create and influence new ones through studying Experience Design. Mel is interested in the social and political effects of the digital world, and more specifically, the ethical debate around issues such as AI machine learning. She is also passionate about sustainable design and will work towards a greener future no matter which route she takes.
