Amber Lau

Amber is a UX designer with a background in Interactive Media Design. She previously worked for her professor from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on a Smart Elderly Home project for Yan Chai Hospital Jockey Club Care and Attention Home. During her study in MA User Experience Design, she also did collaborative UX projects with Tactical Technology Collective and Extinction Rebellion. Amber enjoys collaborating with multicultural people. She believes working in a culturally diverse team reaches broader level of thinking and result in more groundbreaking ideas and concepts. Amber has a strong sense in design thinking and development. She uses her design knowledge to present unique project deliverables. She always seeks for learning opportunities and strives for continuous improvement. She is interested in building experiences that would be meaningful to people and help them connect to society.
