Birthing 2.0.

"Birthing 2.0 is a provocative and immersive project set in the year 2075, exploring the complex ethical and social consequences when Artificial Womb Technology (AWT) widely adopted in a society still dominated by capitalist and patriarchal structures. The project composes two parts. Part I - Re/birth, introduces a conceptual company that serves as a miniature of the Artificial Womb Technology companies, which symbolises the transformation of birth, promising immense benefits to humanity but laced with feminist overtone primarily aimed at maximising profits. Part II - The Black Market, starkly illustrates the consequences of unequal access to AWT. It depicts a world where the lack of availability fuels a clandestine market, exacerbating global disparities and deepening the divide between the haves and have-nots.
