Nayla is an interdisciplinary UX Designer who is passionate about the co-existence and relation between user behaviour and digital technologies through the implementation of design thinking. With a bachelor of science in graphic design (Hons), work experience in the advertising field for five years, and a master degree in user experience design, she has gained proficient skills which enable her to develop in-depth design knowledge and profound understanding of user needs in various industries. Recently she is interested in bringing abstract briefs to life through creating intuitive design strategies to embody user experiences that satisfy customers across the world.

Craft

‘Craft’ is a collaborative software that enables employee job crafting within the organisational framework to achieve well-being at the workplace. Craft includes a work profile that covers a skill competency framework jointly customised by the employer and employee. The work profile is edited and updated by the employee and reviewed by the employer to reach an agreement that best captures the employees’ potential in line with the organisations’ objectives. It allows the employees to present skills that they aim to acquire and integrate into their work responsibilities achieving personal job-fit.
