Through her previous work experience as a graphic designer and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Nancy has effectively led creative projects from inception to production while liaising with all project stakeholders, ensuring effective, unique and stimulating delivery of project deliverables in line with defined scopes of work while exceeding client expectations.

Craft includes a work profile that covers a skill competency framework jointly customised by the employer and employee. The work profile is edited and updated by the employee and reviewed by the employer to reach an agreement that best captures the employees’ potential in line with the organisations’ objectives. It allows the employees to present skills that they aim to acquire and integrate into their work responsibilities achieving personal job-fit.
