Parklife

In this era of technology, mobile phones have become an indispensable part of our life and work, especially within pandemic. Still, it also affects our health to a certain extent, whether it is physical or psychological. With our increasing screen time, more and more companies put their effort into the digital wellbeing. For example, Apple launched screen time function in 2018, and Instagram will notify you that"You're All Caught Up!" preventing users from inertial refreshing behaviour. Park life uses this as a background, discussing the anxiety caused by mobile phone use, substituting real-world objects into mobile phone applications, dominated by vision and hearing, to arouses people's yearning for nature. This solution builds the connection between users, and the real-world also uses the park elements to help users develop better habits to achieve better control of mobile phone use.
