Lea received her BA in biology and journalism/mass communication from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. After realising her interest in design, she enrolled in several classes at SVA while working full time, later completing a motion design certificate at Pratt.Outside of class, Lea is also an active member of the UAL hockey team.
