Yitong is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that connect with people. In the process of design, she enjoy looking at problems through lens of system thinking, empathise, and collaborate to make innovation happen. She believe good design is natural and simple. With a bachelor in industrial design, she had the chance to work on various projects from user research to interaction design. She pursues the balance between commercial success and sustainable development during her career and always reflect to make iteration. Currently exploring her Masters to better understand design. She became interested in ethical problems that arises when digital technology meet human, and keep developing her skills on design research and ideation practically.
