SCHOOLING CYCLISTS
If underground travellers are like tinned-sardines, then bike commuters are the schooling fish. Cycling is always representative of freedom and flexibility compared
with other modes of transportation. Roads, however, are occupied by vehicles and pedestrians, cyclists are trapped.
Schooling Cyclists is a set designed for bike commuters to re-experience the fun of cycling within tight travel time constraints. The haptic handlebar guides users to escape the inconvenience of different road situations. By riding in alleys or on the main road in groups, the system will generate the fastest but explorative journey to the bike commuters. The projection under the bicycle shows the intention of cyclists to other road users.
