Fangxue Chen is a multidisciplinary designer from Beijing, China. She has a background in industrial design and work experience in the digital media industry. She aspires to create meaningful experiences through design and believes that design defines its success based on the ability to generate creativity and meet demands. During her study in MA UX, she has strengthened her ability for collaboration and critical thinking and developed her practice of constant reflection and evaluation in the design process. With a strong sense of empathy and curiosity, she is more attentive to the emotions and needs of the users during the experience, as well as the reflection and value that the experience can bring.

In a world where urbanisation has isolated many people from nature, our project aims to foster a deep interaction between plants and humans. This journey guides people to use different sensations to engage with trees and visualises the invisible signals of them, enhancing human understanding of the plant and generating interest in the natural world.
